
If You Can’t Measure It, You Can’t Manage (Improve) It
This apparent conundrum came up while I was trying to develop a simple system for leadership skills self-improvement. Step #1 is figuring out just where you are on some leadership scale. Turns out there are very many ways to do this. Credible ways? Not so many. For something as important as leadership, this is a serious problem. Here are a few ideas for solving it.
