According to World Economic Forum (WEF) advisor Yuval Noah Harari, “We are no longer mysterious souls; we are now hackable animals”. Technology exists to make us “transhumans”. Doesn’t that just sound warm and fuzzy? The queue for hacking and transformation starts over there, if you are seeking the promised joys of transhumanism. As film producer Sam Goldwyn wisely stated in another context, “Include me out”.
I had until very recently assumed that transhumanism was mostly a topic of science fiction and global control wannabes. Mainly fantasies. Was I ever wrong, and way behind the crazier-than-I-could-ever-imagine times!
According to Wikipedia:
“Transhumanism is a philosophical and intellectual movement which advocates the enhancement of the human condition by developing and making widely available sophisticated technologies that can greatly enhance longevity and cognition.”
Biologist Julian Huxley is credited with popularizing the term in 1957, but it goes back much further – to British geneticist J. B. S. Haldane:
“Fundamental ideas of transhumanism were first advanced in 1923 by the British geneticist J. B. S. Haldane in his essay Daedalus: Science and the Future, which predicted that great benefits would come from the application of advanced sciences to human biology—and that every such advance would first appear to someone as blasphemy or perversion [emphasis added], “indecent and unnatural”. In particular, he was interested in the development of the science of eugenics, ectogenesis (creating and sustaining life in an artificial environment), and the application of genetics to improve human characteristics, such as health and intelligence.”

Transhumanism is on a major roll today
Despite its somewhat long history, transhumanism and its various euphemisms have begun to work their way into mainstream thinking, technology, and governance. Just how far this has progressed – especially over the past ten years – is truly amazing, to me at least. Turns out that it has even become COVID-mRNA-vaxx related. Are you surprised?
And of course, it is tightly connected to WEF and Klaus Schwab. In his book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution,” WEF founder Klaus Schwab notes that:
“[Synthetic biology] will provide us with the ability to customize organisms by writing DNA. Setting aside the profound ethical issues this raises, these advances will not only have a profound and immediate impact on medicine but also on agriculture and the production of biofuels.”
“The ability to edit biology can be applied to practically any cell type, enabling the creation of genetically modified plants or animals, as well as modifying the cells of adult organisms including humans […] In fact, the science is progressing so fast that the limitations are now less technical than they are legal, regulatory and ethical.”
Think about it: “…modifying the cells (i.e., DNA in genes) of adult organisms including humans.” That’s us being targeted for gene modification – now using the mRNA gene therapy shots. Beyond scary.
As you might expect, it gets a lot worse.
Tim Hinchliffe has a lengthy article in The Sociable technology news blog titled “WEF agenda envisions an ‘augmented society’ ruled by Internet of Bodies, digital ID”, with good old Klaus front and center:
“The unelected globalists at the World Economic Forum (WEF) are envisioning an ‘augmented society’ ruled by digital identity and transhumanism via the Internet of Bodies. Digital identity has long been on the Davos agenda and has been gaining speed ever since the official launch of the great reset in June 2020.”
Your Digital Identity: Welcome to the Internet of Bodies (IoB)
“Welcome to the Internet of Bodies (IoB). The WEF is fully behind widespread adoption of the IoB despite recognizing the enormous ethical concerns that come with having “… an unprecedented number of sensors attached to, implanted within, or ingested into human bodies to monitor, analyze, and even modify human bodies and behavior.”
“As scary as chip implants may sound, they form part of a natural evolution that wearables once underwent.” — Kathleen Philips, WEF Agenda, 2022
“Increased IoB adoption might also increase global geopolitical risks, because surveillance states can use IoB data to enforce authoritarian regimes” — RAND Corporation, 2020

“Speaking at the World Economic Forum annual meeting in 2020, National Academy of Medicine president Victor Dzau told the Davos elites that augmenting humans beyond their natural capabilities was crossing the ethical line.”
“’I think you’re in pretty safe ground when you use these technologies for the purpose of curing disease, treating disease, or at least addressing impairment,’” he said.”
“I do think you start crossing the line when you think about enhancement and augmentation.”
Information therapy to the rescue
Just when you thought that gene therapy via the mRNA-vaxx was going to get the job done, we now learn that it was actually designed as a different sort of therapy. At least, Moderna’s chief medical officer says so:
“Moderna’s top scientist: ‘We are actually hacking the software of life.’”
“Dr. Tal Zaks, the chief medical officer at Moderna Inc., explained in a 2017 TED talk how the company’s mRNA vaccine was designed to work.”
“Over the last 30 years, he said, ‘we’ve been living this phenomenal digital scientific revolution, and I’m here today to tell you, that we are actually hacking the software of life, and that it’s changing the way we think about prevention and treatment of disease.’”
“If you think about what it is we’re trying to do. We’ve taken information and our understanding of that information and how that information is transmitted in a cell, and we’ve taken our understanding of medicine and how to make drugs, and we’re fusing the two. We think of it as information therapy.”
Information therapy is so much nicer to contemplate than gene therapy, yes? Roll up your sleeve and get the latest information therapy jab.
The military’s new office for cyborgs
You may not be happy to learn that the U.S. military has been on the case since at least 2014 addressing “cyborgs”. What’s a “cyborg”? Wikipedia helpfully explains:
“A cyborg —a portmanteau of cybernetic and organism—is a being with both organic and biomechatronic body parts. The term was coined in 1960 by Manfred Clynes and Nathan S. Kline.”
In any case, Patrick Tucker via DefenseOne.com writes: “Inside the Military’s New Office for Cyborgs”:
“The ability to link human brains to machines, create new life forms and build Star Trek-style disease detectors will be the focus of a new Defense Department office soon.”
“The new office, named the Biological Technology Office, or BTO, will serve as a clearinghouse for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, programs into brain research, synthetic biology and epidemiology. The office will cover everything from brewing up tomorrow’s bioweapon detectors and connecting humans to computers to designing entirely new types of super-strong living materials that could form the basis of future devices. Here are the key areas in more detail.”

Now the Biden administration weighs in
Not to be outdone by DARPA, the Biden administration has just issued an Executive Order EO 14081 that makes transhumanism all nice and legal. And officially endorsed. A key paragraph:
“We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers; unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale‑up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster.”
More detail appears in Related Reading below in case you are interested in this EO’s extremely broad scope.
Lance D. Johnson in Natural News reports on the new EO in terms of its emphasis on genetic engineering: “CHILLING: Biden signs new order to develop genetic engineering technologies to ‘write circuitry for cells’ and ‘predictably program biology’”:
“On September 12 [2022], the Biden White House signed off on a new Executive Order called: ‘Advancing Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Innovation for a Sustainable, Safe, and Secure American Bioeconomy.’ The order calls for the rapid development of a ‘bioeconomy’ to address ‘societal goals’ like PROGRAMMING HUMAN BIOLOGY. The order refers to a bioeconomy as an ‘economic activity derived from the life sciences, particularly in the areas of biotechnology and biomanufacturing, including industries, products, services, and the workforce.’”
“Most shocking, the order directs multiple federal agencies to work with the private sector to develop genetic engineering technologies to ‘write circuitry for cells’ and to ‘predictably program biology.’”
“Programming human cells is something that Moderna referred to when they unleashed their mRNA covid-19 vaccine program. Moderna stated that these mRNA platforms are an ‘operating system’ designed to program human beings and turn their cells into efficient drug delivery systems. The Biden executive order even praised the covid-19 vaccine and diagnostics for playing a vital role in advancing biotechnology and bioeconomy.”
At least mRNA-vaxx maker Moderna makes no secret of their “genetic engineering” intentions and technologies. The EO goes even further:
“The order also calls for the collection of ‘multiomic information’ which includes data and analysis collected from biomolecules (including nucleic acids, proteins, and metabolites) that make up a cell or cellular system. This data is measured and interpreted to analyze roles, relationships and functions of the biomolecules to essentially hack the innate biology of the individual and to predict and control the behavior of biological systems. The executive order sets up a ‘Data for the Bioeconomy Initiative (Data Initiative)’ that will ‘secure biological data sets’ to drive breakthroughs for the US bioeconomy.”
You know of course what “multiomic” means:
“Multiomics, multi-omics, integrative omics, ‘panomics’ or ‘pan-omics’ is a biological analysis approach in which the data sets are multiple ‘omes’, such as the genome, proteome, transcriptome, epigenome, metabolome, and microbiome.”
Just what you need to do some serious genetic engineering. It goes on to make the link to artificial intelligence explicit:
“This new executive order basically declares an end to data privacy, setting forth a plan to ‘make new and existing public data findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable.’ The plan will also fill in any data gaps, most likely using AI. After all, the order specifies that this data will be ‘integrated with platforms that enable the use of advanced computing tools.’”
“The order seeks to ‘unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence’ to ‘advance the science of scale up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster.’”
At least they are not hiding anything
Why are they being so open about this massive and potentially dangerous program? My guess is that the EO is so packed with mostly unintelligible jargon that very few normal people will have a clue what it actually says and means. Check it out for yourself.
Ramon Tomey weighed in with a short article also in Natural News: “Biden’s transhumanist EO calls for natural biology to be programmed like computers”:
“Biden’s transhumanist EO 14081 oddly echoed the concept of hackable humans promoted by Israeli intellectual Yuval Noah Harari.”
“’Today, we have the technology to hack human beings on a massive scale,’ said Harari, a lead advisor for the World Economic Forum (WEF). ‘Everything is being digitalized [and] monitored.’”
“According to Harari, the pandemic serves as a chance to bring hackable humans closer to reality thanks to the COVID-19 vaccines, which he branded as tools to facilitate ‘surveillance under the skin.’”
“’The vaccine will help us, of course. It will make things more manageable, [such as] surveillance. People could look back in a hundred years and identify the [COVID-19] pandemic as the moment when a regime of surveillance took over – especially surveillance under the skin,’ he said.”
The good news and the bad news
Pretty clearly, there is some real potential in all of this to advance health care effectiveness, and probably overall human health. Increased knowledge of how our biological machinery works seems highly valuable. That’s the good news.
How this knowledge actually gets used, however, is deeply concerning. It doesn’t help any to have the WEF leading the charge on its use. WEF advisor Yuval Harari being involved seems like a serious red flag based on his own comments. He has quite a lot of company in his views, unfortunately. That’s the bad news.
So, where does all of this leave us normal, human-not-yet-trans-folks?
Somewhere between a rock and a hard place, so far as I can see. On the one hand, we can almost certainly gain from advanced biological knowledge, techniques, and products. The downside or cost involved here is the threat of misuse of this knowledge, which already seems to be in full motion.
The alternative appears to be placing a solid hold on what is called for in EO 14081 until the mechanics of controlling the use and scope of such knowledge can be fully understood and addressed. Great caution seems to be needed here to avoid some potentially catastrophic outcomes.
Human biology is not something to be messed with by politicians and manufacturers, except perhaps under very strict and carefully worked out controls.
Transhumanism can be external via your digital ID
Why limit transhumanism to genetic engineering and human biology? Well, it turns out that this extension has already been targeted by various powerful organizations – like Klaus Schwab’s WEF for example. You are likely not surprised.
“This digital identity determines what products, services and information we can access – or, conversely, what is closed off to us” — Digital Identity Insight Report, WEF, 2018
As part of its “Great Reset” agenda to reshape the global economy, the World Economic Forum (WEF) wants everyone on the planet to be linked with a digital identity. The idea behind digital identities is simple enough. All the data collected from every online interaction you make with the private and public sectors goes into forming your digital identity.
The WEF graphic below shows the scope of digital identity reach envisioned. Impressive and ambitious, or just very scary?

Source: https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/11/legal-identity-id-app-aid-tech/
Our digital identity appears to include “entities” (what exactly are these?), devices, people (aka ‘us’), and “things” (again, what exactly are these?). Best I can figure is that being transhuman involves merging with “entities”, “devices”, and of course “things”. Don’t know about you, but I will stick with just the “people” part – at most. Include me out of whatever is in the remainder.
Bottom line:
I had until very recently assumed that transhumanism was mostly a topic of science fiction and global control wannabes. Mainly fantasies. Was I ever wrong, and way behind the crazier-than-I-could-ever-imagine times!
According to World Economic Forum (WEF) advisor Yuval Noah Harari, “We are no longer mysterious souls; we are now hackable animals”. Technology exists to make us “transhumans”. Like it or not, the transformation to our life as transhumans is well under way. The more I learn about this, the scarier it appears. Until transhumanism gets under some kind of serious control and understanding by normal humans, I can only respond with “Include me out”.

“The People: Tracking and tracing people in real-time via smart devices, wearables, and implants (Internet of Bodies [IoB]) can allow intimate health, geolocational, and behavioral data to flow between public and private entities, which can grant access to, or restrict a person’s ability to use essential goods and services.”

All data (anonymized, compartmentalized, or otherwise) can be consolidated into a digital identity that is unique to each individual, which can give public and private entities unfettered access and insights into the mind, body, and spirit of every person on the planet, who can then be manipulated, coerced, or incentivized into changing their behavior.”
